EDITING

I’m fascinated by text, book design, and the intricacies of language as it goes out into the world in published form. Editing is a major part of the fascination. I’m also committed to seeing under-read texts find new life as the editor of the  Throwback Series with Invisible Books and co-editor of the Canada and the Spanish Civil War Series with the University of Ottawa Press. My editing experience ranges from developmental, substantive, and copy editing to the editing of scholarly editions and from editing collections of scholarly articles to writing about editorial theory.

I’m also the current editor of The Dalhousie Review.
